This is the talk referred to in the Metro “Best of … ” issue.
The lecture begins at 3:30. Wait until the PowerPoint slides download in the right panel to follow along with the commentary. The transitions between some slides have been lost, but the ideas are intact – and deal as much with the nature of change as with ‘motordom.’
As a result of this event, by the way, I funded this - with perhaps another proposal to come.

Do you have a post or a link to more info on the Origin Collaborative transformation of the typical suburban house into mixed use building? I absolutely love it.
