Ha, clever. Almost too clever for Vancouver.
That’s the second fake development permit application sign I’ve seen in the DTES. They are quite easy and quite fun to mock.
I’ve seen a few over the years where “app” has been removed, so the sign reads “[Developer] has lied to the City of Vancouver…”
